Principal Duties / Responsibilities
Skills needed:
Ability to determine grade (quality) of lumber and other materials
Ability to effectively measure, cut and assemble products per drawings/blueprints/work instructions
Ability to accurately read work instructions
Ability to work with and must have extensive knowledge of hand and power tools
Ability to work well independently or within a team setting
Ability to think outside to box and come up with creative solutions to everyday building issues
This position requires the ability to see, hear, read, write, and lift 50+ lbs. on a repetitive basis.

Requirements
Wood Products manufacturing facility in eastern Snohomish County is seeking an experienced construction framer or carpenter with 2 - 5 years experience to transition into production based position building pre-assembled structural and cosmetic concrete forms as well as other various wood products.
Must have keen attention to detail, the ability to work fast in a production based role, and a go-getter attitude.
