Job Description

SHAPE THE FUTURE OF MOBILITY FROM DAY ONE.

This position is part of our Signal & Power Solutions segment and can be based out of Troy, MI or Warren, OH.

Capacity & Demand Planning

  • Create long term demand plan on a monthly basis for 18-24 months period
  • Create Capacity & Supply Plan, analyze and identify installed capacity adjustments (Internal/external) for new tooling & equipment based on current production performance
  • Create potential scenarios for Past Due recovery based on OEE evolution
  • Identify production performance targets (OEE) to minimize capacity constrains
  • Organize monthly reviews, plant and regional level
  • Create Capital projects to purchase additional tooling and equipment and lead through the approval process

Advanced PC Responsibilities

  • Support Program Management for new program launches
  • Responsible for PC&L related topics for Quote to SOP (Aptiv OS Flow 3 - Flow 5)
  • Turn key ready projects for plant PC&L [<3 month after SOP]

Your Background:

  • Minimum 6-10 years experience in manufacturing preferably automotive; 3+ years managing team of 3-6 members
  • Solid understanding of capacity planning in high mix/high volume environment
  • Ability to communicate to Senior Executives as well as to plant level management
  • Bachelor's degree, or any Engineering
  • Fluent in English language; Spanish working level
