Acara Solutions is seeking qualified candidates to work at our client site in Victor, NY.

Here's what you'll do:
Assemble wire harness, ribbon cable, round cable, box build and electro-mechanical assemblies. You will work with terminal applicators, wire and cable prep, read & follow blueprints and engineering documents.
Here's what you'll get:
Wage: $16-$16.50 DOE (pay increase & bonus eligibility)
Normal hours are: 1st shift 6am - 4:30pm (M-Th) or 6am - 2:30pm plus over-time.
Length: Temp to Hire
Once converted Direct; you will be eligible for generous profit sharing plan after 1 full calendar quarter - Adds an average of 20% of annual earnings in bonuses to your base pay! Semi-annual pay increase opportunities, along with company-subsidized health insurance, FREE dental, disability, and life insurance.

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
1) At least six months of completing tasks and/or projects requiring fine hand dexterity
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
1) High School Diploma preferred
2) At least one year recent assembly experience using small hand and power tools preferred.
3) Must be organized, proactive, have attention to details, and ability to multitask.
4) Ability to exercise professional behavior and follow safety protocols.
5) Excellent attendance history
6) Maintain high quality standards when assembling custom orders
7) Soldering skills preferred
8) Blueprint experience helpful
Other details:
1) Ability to differentiate between colors.
2) Ability to stand and / or sit for long periods
