SENIOR MANAGER - GUCCI FRAGRANCES
US LOCAL MARKETING - NEW YORK CITY, NY

In an effort to grow the business and the desirability of a luxury fragrance brand in the US market, we seek a Senior Manager to be responsible for the acceleration of Gucci fragrances and be responsible for developing and implementing the U.S. Marketing strategy in alignment with the U.S. financial targets and the Global marketing strategy. Along with the Senior Director, the Senior Manager will play a key role to drive the customer marketing strategy and execution for key Department Stores, Specialty retailers and e-Commerce Channels to gain SOM.
The Senior Manager will work with the transversal teams (sales, merchandising, media, IM, finance, event, training, ecom, demand planning) to execute strong programs to reach SOM, sales and financials targets on top of strategically plan the coming years based on learning, insights, and a hunger for innovation.
The Senior Manager will report primarily into the Senior Marketing Director. Key stakeholders include the global marketing, transversal teams and license.
The Senior Manager is a well-rounded commercial / marketing professional with experience in the fragrance industry and license management to lead and evolve the brands' presence in the US, aligned to the broader strategies and objectives of the business.

Base Salary Range: $130,000-$145,000 + bonus
