Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement risk management education and awareness programs, including innovative gamification programs to raise risk awareness and builds a sense of community amongst participants.
  • Identify and assess risks to the organization.
  • Develop and publish monthly Risk Education and Awareness, as well as Global Business Resilience (GBR) program reporting and dashboards.
  • Develop clever motivating awareness materials and deliver learning opportunities to employees.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the programs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that risk management is integrated into all aspects of the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
  • Experience with Gallup Clifton Strengths
  • Implement initiatives to boost employee morale and job satisfaction within the Risk organization.
  • Conduct surveys and gather feedback to improve the work environment.

What You will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in risk management, business administration, or a related field
  • Background with risk management, audit, data analytics and/or compliance highly preferred
  • Experience in developing and implementing risk management programs
  • Influential communicator and excellent presentation skills a must
  • Significant expertise in data analytics, PowerBI, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A background in payments processing
  • CISSP,CISA, or CRISC advantageous
  • Strong analytical, organizational and communications skills required as well as outstanding interpersonal and human relation skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and third parties (as needed)
