Position Summary:

Will be introduced to a variety of IT processes, manufacturing applications, and management techniques that will play a role in the day to day operations of the business. Projects may include but are not limited to: Imaging Computers, Computer Replacement, Remote Help Desk, Maintaining Asset Database, Printer Support/Maintenance, and Active Directory Support.

Scope/Supervision and Interaction:

Collaborates with other Technical Analysts, Senior Technical Analysts and end users.

Essential Functions:

- Works with infrastructure team to understand the technological impact of the business.

- Remote Help desk support over the phone/via remote management software.

- Learn about developing and deploying appropriate Information Technology solutions.

- Understand how modifications of basic IT systems improve and simplify business systems and reduce operating cost.

- Learn and comply with procedures for proper utilization of IT technology.

* Current college student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, and related Computer Hardware/Networking degrees.

* Student in Junior or Senior year standing.

* Good communication skills with technical data.

* Ability to analyze and problem solve quickly.

* Exceptional interpersonal skills
